Why are my forms being said to be not found and "This form is disabled" ?

Your account was autosuspended by our phishing detector, which is why your forms are disabled. I checked your forms and they don't seem to violate any of jotform's terms, so I have now removed the suspension on your account. You should be able to use your forms now. Cheers.
