What happens when you surpass 1,000,000 submissions in a month?

We are currently at your product and feel that there are instances where we could receive more than 1,000,000 in 1 month.  What happens after that?  Does Jotform stop taking submissions?  Would we be charged for extra submissions?  Thanks for your reply.

    Hi,

    1. When you reach the maximum number of submissions (i.e 1,000,000 for Prefessional), your form will be temporarily disabled. So, the users will not be able to submit any data at all until it resets the counter on the following month.

    2. You will not be charge for the extra submissions when you reach the limit.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
