I have a form with a couple of photos on it.
The generated PDF attached to the notification E-Mail previously showed the photos in the PDF.
Done about 40 completed forms like that.
Now the PDF shows the link instead of the actual photos ?
What has changed to make this happen ?

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and tried testing the form. I see that the PDF is being sent with the images displayed normally. I have also checked by creating a new form and see that the image is displayed in the PDF without any issue.
Could you try creating a new notification and see if that works? Let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

its hit and miss now...look at my account and form 176835 which shows only links and form 175735 which contains the actual photos...both forms submitted about an hour ago and within 20 minutes of each other.
224706 has links in the PDF
176403 has photos in the PDF
Doesn't make sense...
Can you please look into this.
Looks to me like a back end problem...also seeing the other complaints on-line about form submissions points there.

I have just checked your form submissions, and I am able to see the images.
Please check the below screenshot of pdf for the property reference number: 176835
Below is the screenshot of pdf for the property reference number: 224706
Before few hours we were facing some temporary technical issue, so might be possible at that time you were unable to get the images in PDF. We apologies for that. Now the issue has been fixed, so please check it again. Thanks.

Yes the pdf generated when I log onto the website is fine. I'm talking about the pdf generated and attached to the notification e-mail at the time the form is completed.
This pdf is where the links appear instead of the actual images...I can send you some of these but this chat mechanism diesn't let me do that. Your E-mails come from a no reply address...do you have an actual support e-msil address and a ticket number so I can send you these samole e-mails ?

As I mentioned earlier we were facing some technical issues, and probably because of that you missed images in the pdf from your notification email. So I would request you to take the reference of those images from the PDF of form submission report.
As now those technical issues has been fixed, so I would request you, please confirm are you still facing the same issues in new submissions? Thanks.
