Error when uploading documents.

our Pre-Employment Form form in particular seems to have upload issues. Can you please look into it for us. Its got to the point that people try uploading the documents or drivers licence's, and it wont accept the upload, so they remove it and then the form wont submit. It reads red font saying it needs to be filled out even though its not mandatory at any point to upload. 

We have increased the MB, we have entered in every type of document format to be accepted.

I cloned your form and sent a test submission there. I didn't seem to encounter any issues with uploading documents to the form. I was able to submit the form successfully.
