I have had a couple of people have an error message when they have submitted their form. One of these submissions cam ethrough, the other did not, so they have to do it again.
There has also been quite a few error messages saying there is high traffic and they can't log on (I've had this two or three times).
Can you advise what the issues are and if a fix will be made soon?

We are aware of this problem. Some of the users are getting temporarily unavailable issues on their forms. This has been reported to our technical team already. We will let you know once this is fully resolved.
