Why are the autoresponder & notification emails no longer being sent out?

I can see the form submissions, but the notification emails are not being sent.

Results shows;

corrie.forsling@gmail.com is NOT in the unsubscribe listI removed from the bounce and unsubscribe lists.

In addition to that, to prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist
