Hello @whitecliffs. I noticed that you are currently subscribed to Premium yearly. Before we proceed with the deletion of your account, please confirm that you would like to cancel your Premium Yearly subscription and downgrade to Free.
Once we have confirmation, we shall cancel your subscription, downgrade your account to Free, then finally delete the account. I will wait for your response.

Your subscription has been cancelled, and partially refunded. Your account was downgraded to free status, and it has know been deleted. Thank you for choosing JotForm.
