Not recieving notifications

    Hi

     

    do not recieve notifications any more, our IT manager says that Jotforms IP adress is Blacklistet ?

    You have 2 email recipients in your notification. The first one is in the bounce list. It is the reason why you are not getting notifications.

    I have remove it from the list now. You should be getting new notifications now.  You may want to whitelist our mail servers and IP addresses. Please check this guide as well: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
