Any way to auto populate the amounts into the donation box when making a selection in the radio button section? 

OR -- anyway to have multiple options for donation amounts instead of fill in? 

Yes, you can pass the value of the radio button into the Donation box amount. First, you will need to add a Form Calculation widget. Then you can send the value of the radio button to the Calculation widget. Finally, you will pass the value from the Calculation widget into the Donation field.
