When working on a form, if I test the Email Notification, no email is delivered.
My default email address: richard_ota@fitnyc.edu.
This feature has always worked in the past.

I think you've figured it out already. There were failed logs in our system, but your recent tests are all sent to your email address. Please check your spam folder and make sure to whitelist Jotform and add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender/contact list.
