PayPal Payment Not Received

    I run a talk show and have a form for signing up for a advertising program that my show has. An advertiser recently filled out the form on my website and submitted a payment, but it has not shown up in my PayPal. I clicked the "Complete Payment" button on the JotForm payment submisson section, but still nothing. If you could tell me why this payment hasn't shown up yet that would be great. Thank You

    Just simply follow this simple steps: Go to your submission button then click step 1 followed by step 2 were you you need to check the required field to be able to show up on your submission form.

    That's not quite what I was talking about. What I meant is that the payment WAS sent and that part of the form is there. What I am saying is that it hasn't shown up in my PayPal.

    Please verify that the email address assigned in your paypal account (primary)  is also the email address set in your form within the Paypal wizard,

    This one also should be the email address in the form's Email Recipient in the Notification E-mail alert.

    You may  also need to setup the IPN (instant payment notifications) in your paypal account in order to prevent the pending submissions

    Okay I've done all that and got it all set up, now will the payment that was submitted show up in my PayPal or will it have to be submitted again? Thank you for your help.
