    We have a checkbox list that is submitted by our customers, but the list may require updating, is there functionality where a customer can go back into their form and make additions/deletions at a later time.

    Customers have a members area so a link could be added to that page.

    If you could offer any advice

    Thanks. Mark

    I presume what you would like to do is let your users update their submissions? Is that correct? You can provide them the edit link. Here's a guide about it:

    If you want them to have an edit link for existing submissions, then simply provide them something like this:{id}

    The {id} is the submission ID, for existing submissions, you can find it in your submissions page by checking the "ID" option in the settings:

    Let us know if I misunderstood your concern.

    Thanks for the response, does the submission id change when they re-submit or does it remain the same ?

    No, the submission ID will remain the same. So your users can use the same unique edit link if they want to update their submission.

    Do let us know if you need more information on this.
