    I need an admin login where I can track all the cases. It needs to hold the client’s claim form and additional free text boxes to provide updates to the clients. 

    5. I also need to keep a records of the date, time and IP address in the admin account whenever a client submits a new claim form. The agreement at the end of the claim form is a legal contract so this is very important, in case there are any disputes, as they are physically not signing anything.

    To view all the records that have been submitted, you can go to the SUBMISSION PAGE

    This will contain all the forms that are submitted. By default we capture the IP, submission date and time.
