Can I attach the form in the email?

Good day,

Can I attach the form to the email. I want them to be able to fill out the form from the email rather than going to another site to fill out the form. I want it as easy as possible form my clients to fill out the form from the email.

Unfortunately, it is not recommended to embed the form to the actual email. The reason is that it is possible that the email provider of the receiver will block the message and tagging it as malicious or a spam.

You can send them a fillable PDF form through email attachment. It is a PDF file where they can open or download it from their email, fill it up and submit. Here's a guide: How-to-create-a-PDF-form
