The save button has been rotating for hours. Is my form actually saving or am I going to lose everything?

Please try to open your form using this link (https://www.jotform.com/62156623008147). Please verify if the changes you made reflected on the form. If it is, then it means that the changes were saved.
Now, you might need to refresh the webpage or sign out and then sign back in to your account. The Form Builder saves the changes made automatically. If the changes are not showing, you can use the Form Revision History tool.
