    Insert forms into Magento

Asked by nssood on April 04, 2012 at 04:51 PM

I am designing three forms to insert intoMagento:

    1. Registration

    2. Login

    3. Request for Quote

How do I insert these into Magento?

Also, I was not able to see how the password may be confirmed (that two entries are same). Perhaps I am missing someting very elementary.

    Hi there,

Let me please inform you that Login Forms can not be used with JotForm. JotForm does not have membership features. Login forms will trigger our phishing filters and your account will be suspended. Please do not recreate that type of forms to avoid problems on your account in the future.

We just created a guide on How to add JotForm's Form on Magento website. Please visit this link to learn more: http://www.jotform.com/help/155-Add-Forms-to-your-Magento-Website?

Hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Thanks.

Can I use JotForm to set up a registration form, where the customer
enters password, and re-enters for error checking?

You can create membership registration forms collecting users information but not passwords as stated above, Jotform do NOT allow the creation of such forms with password login feature because many times they are used for phishing - currently a major problem on the Internet. Users found with such forms in their account(s) are suspended and the offending form(s) deleted.

I realize this may sound rather unfriendly but I'm sure you would appreciate that we have a reputation to maintain. The repercussions of allowing phishing forms on our servers are quite far reaching since we may have our site blocked. Can view the link below on previously answered question

Hope you will bear with us and fee free to lets know if you have other concerns. Thanks for contacting us.

I will not violate your policies. However, I did assemble a form used
your password tool to insert a field, mistakenly thinking that that
would generate a registration form. I will delete that form.
