Someone shared a form with me & I changed/cloned it.

Now I am connected to their account & I changed their original form. 

I changed the name of the form in every place - but when I receive the submissions they all say the name he originally called the survey. 

I have 2 separate surveys I cloned from his & they also come back with the same name of his original?

Is there a way to get their original back?

Is there a way to copy my forms so I don't have to start from scratch again - but also disconnect from his account.
