What does the data I collect look like? Spreadsheet? Is there an example? If 20 people sign up for an event with their names, emails and phone numbers

etc., what does that look like?

There are different ways on how you can view the submissions. First, go to the Submissions page:

    1. In My Forms, select the form and then click the Submissions button.

    2. In the Submissions page, you'll see the form submissions. You can view  the submission individually or in a table format (Grid Report). You'll see the "back" and "next" button in the single submission, which will help you navigate through the submissions.

Also, you can download the submissions in a Excel, CSV or PDF file. Just click the small Excel, CSV or PDF icons in the Grid Report.

You can also create a report so that you can view them online in a table or grid format. You can use the Grid Listing Report or the HTML Table Listing Report. Please refer to these guides:

Lastly, you can also integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet. Here's a guide: How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

Hope that helps. Let us know if you need further help. Thank you.
