    Can I create a form for reminders to be e-mailed to the form user?

    I would like to make a form with defined check-box items and a basic name and e-mail field.  A peron could view the form, check a few of the options and have the items sent to their own e-mail address as a sort of reminder.  Is there any way to do that with jotform.  I can't seem to find a way to to allow the form results to be sent to a variable or based on a field in the form.
