Can we add a coupon to PayPal subscription via new payment wizard?

I am having same issue - can't find where to add/change a coupon and the one I had doesn't work under the new Paypal widget..

The coupons configuration for subscription is not yet implemented in our new payment wizard, but we do have plans to add it.

Your old coupons seems to be working now. In order to manage the coupons, please open the form builder with old user interface. Use the next links to switch between old and new user interface.
