I don't receive the notification emails

    The form may be sent, but I don't received the email notifications.

    Could you help me?

    That is because the recipient email in the form has been added in our bounce list. Here's the result from our logs:

    **********@hotmail.fr is IN Remove the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : Mail SenderError: Mail from command failed - 550 SC-001 (COL004-MC5F36) Unfortunately, messages from 153.92.245.85 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

     

    I have already fixed this to our end. But to prevent this from happening again in the future, please do the following:

    1. Add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender or contact list.

    2. Whitelist Jotform, Outlook allows you to whitelist a list of domain and IP. You can find our listing here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
