Unable to save the conditions on my form

    I have an emergency and do not know how to fix the problem. We use this service for our awards nominations. We have 37 different nominating categories with conditions. When you select the 2.8 porter grounds keeper option and fill out the information and then click next the 2.7 house keeper form comes up. I then noticed this is happening on multiple pages. I have tried editing the conditions but they do not save. This is all screwed up. We receive over 200 nominations for these categories and I cannot have this issue. Please help. I have read the posts about this problem. We have cleared form cashes and browser cashes and it has not worked.

    Please help as this is a time sensitive matter and can cause a huge problem.

    I have cloned your JotForm to my account and noticed that there is a missing field in the conditions. It looks like that you have deleted a field which is being used in the condition. 

    Did you delete any field from your form? You'll need to correct the conditions by using correct field in the Missing Field. You may check the form revision history to see which field was deleted or you may revert it to an earlier working version from the revision history.
