How do I set up an email notification that will change the email address based on conditions?

I need a way to submit notifications biased off of conditions.  For example. If field =s X then send notification to xyz, but not abc if that makes any seance. 

I work for a bunch of schools, each school has their own form. 

Each school has more then 1 campus , each campus has 4 - 6 people that need to get the email notification. Prior to this I was able to set up conditions but then told that was causing bounce issues. So how can this be achieved?

So when I do this the issues that comes up is that all people on that list end up getting the lead email. 

 

for example - 

 

I set up 5 different emails right, lets say Campus 1,2,3,4,5, in the email I change the recipient emails to the correct people. 

Then i go to conditions just like the link you proved me and change the right conditions. Then select the right Notification Email.

 

Then when the form is filled out and submitted, the lead goes to everyone in all lead emails. Am I doing something wrong?

Each of the Notifier if you have set the condition rules for them to be sent to a different recipient base on a selected option, will only be sent to the intended recipient (the email address provided in the Email field)

The example test form below was correctly configured.

 

Base on the condition, the selection 1, or 2, or 3.. will trigger different email for each intended Email recipient.

Take note that there is also Recipient E-mail in the email template which is by default will send to your email account.

In the image below, you can see that each Email will also sent notice to the email address assigned as the Recipient E-mail.
