    Submission deliveries not working with some emails.

    Some of our email addresses do not seem to be receiving submissions, particularly from teh annual leave jotform.  Initially it worked, then all sudden it stopped working for the majority of the emails that are set up in the conditions. 

    So i have in the interim had to put my email against every condition aswell as the relative managers, so that i am at least receiving the submission to forward onto them.

    Our IT guy has checked our server quarantined emails etc, to make sure they are not being held up there, but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong at our end.

    so.. i can confirm that the following emails work




    but for example the following do not work





    We see it as a issue at your end.  Can someone please look into this ?

    Hello Railtrain,

    I checked the following addresses you have mentioned and true enough, they were in our bounce list, which means these emails are listed to not receive email alerts. Here are the causes sent by your mail server:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 450 4.7.1 : Recipient address

    Reason(s) : smtp; 450 4.7.1 : Recipient address

    Reason(s) : smtp; 450 4.7.1 : Recipient address

    I'm not sure what this exactly means. But can you confirm that these email accounts exist?  It's because that if other railtrain.com.au email accounts are able to accept emails from us, then your mail server may have had another reason why they rejected the emails to be received by those accounts.

    In any case, I have removed the email addresses from the bounce list so JotForm should start sending emails again to those addresses.
