I have received the replay from my provider Hostinger and the response is the following:
Unfortunately the action of remove the email address form the bounce list can't be do it because of safety reasons, since this IPs are locked by several providers.
The verification and unblocking are carried out automatically in absence of more complaints.
Therefore I continue without receiving the forms , Please solve this problem

Another method is using a different email address such as a gmail-based email account.
For now, I have removed your email address from the bounce list, so JotForm should start sending email alerts again to your email account.
