Emails aren't being recieved

    I have two recipients that should be receiving the submissions.

     

    One recipient receives the submissions, this one doesn't:
    karan.chrysler@phri.ca

    The email address isn't in bounce list. Have you checked the spam folder? Please try white-listing our domain names within your emails:
