Appointment Slot widget will not load

I searched for hours to find an appointment form that would limit the amount of entries per time slot.  I found the Appointment widget and it is perfect.  I created the form yesterday and everything was working fine.  Now when I go to the form, the appointments will not load. The screen remains grey.  After a few minutes the appointments will appear but include appointments that have already been scheduled.  I hope this problem can resolved easily.

I have tested your form https://form.jotform.com/62163625792157 , but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. Appointment Slots widget was loaded right away and appointments that have already been scheduled are not available. 

I have also checked submission of your form and you have 4 submissions. And dates that are shown inside of your submissions for Appointment Slots widget are unavailable on your form. 

It was probably temporarily issue. Please test your form again. You can also try to use some other browser.
