Forms missing

I had several registrations forms and now I can not see them? Its like recent forms are all missing? I need them today for 2 events??

 

 

 

I have checked your account barnold337 and you have 8 PDF forms. I also saw that you opened two more threads regarding same issue. On one of those thread you have provided link of this form https://form.jotform.com/61933173898974 

That form is created on account with username BettyArnold. That account has same IP address as your account. It seems that you were logged to that account when you created your form.

Thanks but the problem is I could see all the responses to the below form yesterday in My Forms and generate reports. Today at least of 4 of my forms aree not coming up in My Forms? Is it possible I have 2 logins ass this has never happened before?

Like i mentioned form that you provided is created on account with username BettyArnold. Currently you are logged to account with username barnold337. If you have access to account with username BettyArnold then you need to login to that account to view form submissions. 

You can login to your account with email address or with username. Email address of account BettyArnold  is vm*****n@va************rs.com. If you have forgot your password you can reset your password:

1. Go to jotform login page

2. Click on the login button on top

3. Click the "Forgot Password?" button

4. Provide your username or email, and click on send reset button.

Email with password reset code will be sent to email address of that account. 

If you have some other form that is mission, beside the form you already provide, please provide us ID of those forms.

How do I get to the BettyArnold account as I have logged out several times of the account that has barnold337 in which I don’t ever remember opening that account. When I log back in using the barnold@vamanufactures.com e-mail in which I have always used it take me to the barnold337 account and it is missing quite a few of my forms?
I really need to get to the account where the below form is to run a report of submissions asap.
