Do you store file submissions or do they come as an attachment in email?

I'm using form so my customers can send pictures and videos using my products. Do you store the videos and pictures or do they come to me direct in email?

File submissions are stored  in JotForm's servers. There is also a way to copy the files and send it via an attachment but it only has a limit of 15mb file per attachment to the email alert.
