Hi,
I'm using form so my customers can send pictures and videos using my products. Do you store the videos and pictures or do they come to me direct in email?

Hello HDSupplies2010,
File submissions are stored in JotForm's servers. There is also a way to copy the files and send it via an attachment but it only has a limit of 15mb file per attachment to the email alert. You can refer to this blog for information: https://www.jotform.com/blog/223-New-Feature-Get-Uploaded-Files-as-Email-Attachments
Extra Information:
You may also forward the file submissions to your Google Drive account, Box.net, or Dropbox account. You can find these in the JotForm Apps page here: https://apps.jotform.com/category/file_sharing_and_storage
Note: you can also find these apps via the Integration tool when editing your form on the form builder:
Feel free to let us know if you have questions or you need assistance.
Thanks.
