I have just reviewed your email and found it in our bounce list:
Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1 <dstixrood@truckertaxservice.com> - 198.2.179.10 has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607I have remove it and you should be able to receive the email. Can you please try using the FORGOT PASSWORD link again.
