Yes, you are correct! The email address "email@example.com" was in the Bouncelist. Below is the reason given by our system:
Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from ymail.com is NOT
I have just removed your email address from the Bounce list.
I would suggest you, please make sure you white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.
