Having trouble setting up PayPal integration on form

    I set up my first form a couple days ago and set up PayPal payments. I thought it was all set but when I test the form, I get this error message.

    We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com.

    Your purchase couldn't be completed
    There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. Please try again later.

    If I click on "Payment Fields" and click PayPal, it says:


    Message from JotForm  
    You cannot add more than one paymenttool. Please delete the existing one first.

    So my PayPal isn't working but I can't figure out why and I can't figure out how to delete to and try to set it up again.

    Have you already updated the PayPal Account address on your form?

    I have tried to submit your form and I was properly redirected to the PayPal payment page.

    Your form setup looks fine.

    Yes, I figured out the problem. I had the wrong email address for our
    PayPal account. All is well now.
