Why is my form saying it's been disabled when settings have it enabled?

    I'm new lkto jotform and just created my first form. When "viewing" it says:  "Form Not Found. Form is disabled." 

    I checked the settings/preferences. Am I missing something or did I do something incorrect? 

    Please help. Thanks!
