some forms doesn't saving correctly on dropbox...

older form save : name of form/folder choosing in dropbox option/second subfolder / pdf&files

    now : name of form/folder/pdf&files

so new submission delete and remplace old ! ( same pdf name )

if folder choosen in dropbox option field existing, now it not create a subfolder with next field on form, but overwrite data in this folder...

    why ?

    for exemple :

    old : korriban/+4 vigueur/pdf....

    korriban/ +3 visee/pdf...

    new : alderande [10-32] /pdf....

is adding [10-32] failed save ?

In previous thread a colleague of mine suggested to set  the  Dropbox folder to default Submission ID .

I  would suggest you to first  try removing the dropbox integration from your form.

Then set it up again with the settings by default as mentioned above , and re-embed your form

i see that but ID as folder is juste unuseable ! not friendly user ^^

so it works before march ! why no more at this time ?

I'm not sure if this is how this goes previously because I've been using dropbox and I've known it to overwrite data that has the similar label for creating folders in the dropbox account since the moment that this has been released.

I agree with you that using the submission ID is not a user-friendly means of referencing, but that is the best option for now.  By viewing them on your computer on a detailed view and sorting it by date created can help to find out which is which.

I will also forward your concern to the development team as well as asking for a feature request on how to not overwrite the contents of submissions.  Unfortunately, it will take time for the feature request to be considered for implementation.  They will respond to this thread as soon as possible.

Creating sub-folders under the folder was probably a bug. So, we are not going to go back to that. If you are using similar submissions, you should use the submission ID on your folder names. Because of the work load on our developers I can't say if we will change this or when we might change it.
