I am not receiving any notifications from my google for work app email. I tried sending emails from non-gmail and non-google app emails on that email and I received them successfully. I also tried sending notifications from jotform to my non-google app emails and it works fine. I just cant receive notifications on my google app account.
Any Ideas? Thank you!
Your email address landed in the bounce list because your mail server gave this notice to JotForm's mail server:Reason(s) : smtp; 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail
I have now removed your email from the bounce list, so it should start sending email alerts to the said email address. But please change all your email notification sender addresses to firstname.lastname@example.org as it seems that the email@example.com email address is being blocked by your mail server.
