Is my account still over the limit on space?

    Hello,

    I've tried to clear out all forms with the exception of the first one.  It's imperative that I keep this open past Monday's deadline and it's held more submissions in the past.  This is for a Girl Scouts event and we don't have the budget for a more expensive account.

    Yes, your upload space still shows you have 106.20mb. I tried re-calculating the uploads and the result is still the same. The storage limit for the free plan is only up to 100mb. 

    I checked your account and I can see that there are still forms in your trash folder. Please purge your trash folder because the uploads on those forms are still being counted in the storage space.

    In My Forms, go to the Trash folder. Click the Select All button and then click the Purge button.

    URGENT - I deleted all but the form I'm working on and the upgrade notice went away. Today I can't log in and it is urgent because I have to download and sort all of the entries for the Girl Scouts Women of Distinction Awards.
    The site is not recognizing the email address associated with the site - jhollern@citrus-gs.org or password and I'm in a panic.
    PLEASE HELP!
