Trouble with conditions

    I can't get my conditions around question "15. What are we printing on?" and the "Specific" option to work.. It is suppose to show Questions # 18 & 19 to show, and hide otherwise.

    Yes, it always seems I find the solution AFTER I submit a trouble ticket.
