Presumbly my online forms originate from JOTFORM so they should come from JOTFORM and not Mary Gascon that is always the case. Can you fix this? Otherwise all works perfectly for now

You need to change the Sender Name in the Email Notification wizard so that "JotForm" will be shown instead of the name entered in the Name field. Please follow this guide:
1. Click the "Emails" button in the top toolbar.
2. Hover the Notification and then click on the "Edit" button.
3. Go to the "Recipients" tab. Choose "JotForm" in the Sender Name drop down.
