Error on our form and also drag and drop option to upload button is not working

Hello I am resubmitting my query here:

An error came up on from our client when they used our form. See screenshot.

Another client came up to us having difficulty drag and dropping files on the upload button. I tested this on our end and had the same problem as well.

Any ideas?

We apologize for any inconvenience, this issue is not longer reproducing, I jut cloned your form, and upon doing a test submission I can see it is working fine.

Please try again. On regards of dragging and dropping fields in the upload button, we have a widget for that specific function, you might use instead of your native upload fields: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/drag_and_drop_upload
