Making the form in two columns

I need my form to be TWO COLUMNS.  How do I make this happen?

You can have two column forms by using the "Shrink" function. You just need to right click the field and then select the "Shrink" option. 

If you need any help in regards to adjust the width of a specific text boxes or fields, let us know. We might need to use a custom CSS for there.
