How do I get my responses to forward straight to my email?

I'm assuming that you're talking about receiving emails every time somebody submits your form.

To do that you can Set up Notifiers, so you'll receive the email with each submission.

You can also set up your submissions to go to multiple recipients.

If you would like to forward existing submissions that you already received. You can do that by forwarding them directly from your Submissions menu, but be mindful that there is a limitation on how many you can forward per hour. 

Another way would be to set up some rules in your email client to forward the email as soon as it is received.
