My submissions aren't being forwarded to my email anymore

    My submissions aren't getting forwarded to my email. 

    It had been working fine until I ran out of submissions on my free account, but since I upgraded to a storage account I am not receiving them to my email. I have looked through all my settings but I can't see anything wrong. 


    I would like to have them forwarded to

    Your email address has been bounced listed and this is the reason why your form emails are failing. I've fixed this already, but we recommend doing the following:

    1. Add to your safe sender/contact list in Hotmail.

    2. Whitelist in your Hotmail safe sender settings. 


    You are also using a custom email address in your last form so always make sure that you have whitelisted Jotform in your hosting dashboard. You can find our updated list of IP addresses and Mailserver domains from this guide:
