How can I change my username ?

I hope you are well,

My intern created an account on Jotform but I need to send the form under my name.

would you be able to let me know how can I change the username?

I've change my email + Password but I don't see where to change the username.

It is possible to change username. But only the Jotform Support team can change the user name.  You just need to let us know 2 or 3 options by order of preference if it is available we can make the change for you.

Also please note,  if you already have forms with custom urls, the previous custom urls will stop working, so you need to generate new ones.

So please send us the required usernames, so we can proceed.

I have updated your username to geraldineatger. As you have not created custom URLs, so don't worry all of your form will work properly. I have already checked. Thanks
