Please see a screen capture attached to this and let me know why it failed. It was submitted Friday 8/5/16 at 11:17am EST.

I have checked the email addresses from the email log in our bounce list. They are not listed in our bounce list. I notice that other notifications to the same email addresses are being sent without any issue. It looks like that the email was failed due to a temporary issue at the receiving end or content blocked by the email service provider/ISP and marked as spam.
Please make sure that you have whitelisted the JotForm IP addresses/email address to avoid some email delivery issues.
