I have forms made for my website that open in a popup window when a link is clicked and respond appropriately to the media size. It functions fine on every platform except one, iphone.
The links under the heading "Forms" are the ones I need to work across desktop and mobile. On my android I have no problem, but on all of my coworker's iphones they are not scrolling in a usable fashion.
I have tried using an frame over just embedding it, and did not solve my issue.

Have you try using the iFrame embed code that is generated in your "Publish" wizard? Here's a guide on how to get it: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
Now I checked your website and I see that you seem to have embedded the default script code on a custom element on your website that does pop-up effect? Unfortunately, the responsiveness of the parent element is dependent on the responsiveness of the website itself. So if the form on a parent element on your website is not properly scrolling on iPhone, it is most likely related on your website's responsive style.
Please do try using the iFrame embed code, you might also need to follow this guide to make your form mobile responsive: https://www.jotform.com/help/322-How-to-make-mobile-friendly-forms-on-JotForm
Let us know if that works.
