Now I have two of my forms that are not getting to the recipients.

    Breezy Palms

    http://breezypalms.com/reservations2.html

    and Quality Flags

Is there an issue with my account? This is ridiculous. This is the way we receive many of our leads.

Please solve this. When this started there were no changes made to either of the forms

You've posted the following thread 20 hours ago and my colleague has found out that your primary email address has been bounced listed and have that fixed.

The forms are embedded into different websites so I'd like to know if it's okay to test the forms so we can check if the notifiers are not working. Well, I checked our logs and couldn't find any emails for some of the recipients. Only the "larry" email is getting the notifiers for the "Breezy Room Request Form" form. Maybe that is because your email address was on the bounce list so I'd like to test it out or you can do it yourself and inform us here after.

You are also using a custom email addresses for sender email(s), all through SMTP method  and of the same time, multiple recipients are added in one setting. For troubleshooting purposes, please try removing the other recipients and keep one only and test it out. See if that works.

A custom sender email for multiple recipients should work, but there are cases that the receiving server prohibits the method. If one recipient works, then I would suggest doing it for the other.
