Is there a way to receive large files through the file uploader?

    I've set my max file size at roughly 1 gb but uploads above 300kb take a long time to upload then eventually fail. I'm trying to get the files that are uploaded to go to an email account that's not gmail. Is it possible to receive large files on the free account through jot form?

    I cloned your form and I checked the Max File Size for the File Upload. I saw that the value you entered is 30007201 KB. This is equivalent to 30007.201 MB = 30.007201 GB. Please be aware that the maximum file upload size is only up to 1 GB.

    For the Free plan, you only have 100 MB upload space.
