Form Tabs widget not working.

The widget doesn't seem to be working at all. When trying to add the widget into our form, I am able to set it up with the wizard but then nothing happens. When trying use it in a pre-setup form I cannot add tabs.

What is the form you are working with? Please note that your form requires Page Break fields in order for the Form Tabs widget to work:
