During tests on our new form, I've realised that users don't always enter data correctly, often from no fault of their own. In some cases this can be avoided by building in some pre-submission checks, but not always. The form is to apply to register a new cultivar, and (for example) the proposed name must be new and comply with some complicated rules, and there may be a bit of negotiation between me as registrar and the applicant, or I may need to call on expert botanical advice before I can finalise the registration. So it would be helpful if it was possible for either me or the applicant to modify the form without having to reenter all the details and then resubmit it. Can you help ?

I understand you, you can do that by providing your clients an Edit link, which they can use to Edit the form that they just filled.
For example, your users submit the form and they can receive Autoresponder with Edit link that they can use to access the filled form.
Please check this guide as well that explains a bit more about what I meant.
If you need any assistance do let us know, we'll be happy to assist you!
Thank you!

Many thanks for this which largely answers my question.
The one remaining problem is that although I have changed my time zone
to GMT, when the form comes back the submission time is shown as EST
The same applies I think with a newly filled form.
Can I fix this ?
many thanks
Robert
