Unable to take videos in an Android app using your form

I embedded the form into an Android app and it will not allow my users to take videos.  Only upload them.

However, it does allow my clients who have an iOS device to take a video.  

I tried everything.  Does anyone know how to resolve this?

The answers in that thread are still valid.  There may not be a way to allow the app proper access permissions to the camera.
